Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Status
We will always tell you as soon as your order is processed if
anything is unavailable or cannot be delivered. We will be send an email
from our Customer Service team informing you of these actions, so you
will always know your order's status and expected delivery time. You
will never need to contact Customer Service; they will always keep you
informed.
No additional cost
We have adopted this policy to better
serve you, our customers, as we want to make your order process as easy
as possible as well as bring you every item you've ordered in a
reasonable amount of time at no additional cost. Please note: applicable
VAT will be charged to all orders and will be reflected in the invoice.
Credit
Issuals
All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about
3 business days to be processed by UncleJi’s. The corresponding bank of
the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to
the customer's accounts from the date UncleJi’s has processed the
credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card
statement.
Order Cancellation
If customers wish to cancel an order,
they are required to intimate UncleJi’s either by email to
service@unclejis.com or by speaking to a live customer support
representative. Please note voicemails cannot be accepted for order
cancellations. For food ordered for home delivery from restaurants or
other perishables ordered through the website, order cannot be cancelled
after our customer service agent has confirmed the same with you via sms
or phone. Please note that if we do not receive confirmation or unable
to contact you at the phone numbers provided, we will not complete the
order for food items/perishables and your credit card charges will be
credited back in accordance with the “Credit Issuals” policy mentioned
above. If you are not satisfied with the quality of food items
delivered, please follow the same process as the cancellation process to
get your complaint addressed. We will work with the concerned
establishment to get your complaint rectified. If the establishment
fails to address the complaint in a suitable manner, within 7 days from
the date of original order placement, part or full credit maybe issued,
as applicable. For non-food items ordered, and returned to UncleJi’s
without following the applicable cancellation policy, a 25% restocking
charge and applicable shipping charges may be recovered from the
customer's credit card account. Hence kindly ensure to have a written
record of a cancellation request or the live customer representative's
name with whom the cancellation request was made.
"Perishable products cannot be redelivered after initial
attempt to delivery. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the
address specified in the order. Incase the delivery is not
successful...because of wrong address/non availability of
consignee/premises being locked or on a refusal to accept, the customer
shall still be charged for the order. To ensure the delivery of flowers,
we recommend that you give the complete address (along with any
landmarks) as well the telephone number of the consignee!"
We're dedicated at
UncleJi’s to offering you the best quality in our products and our
service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are
here to help remedy those problems.
Notwithstanding the above, or any other provision, we are
under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements.
We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you
received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our
site, please contact us by email within 15 days of your receipt of the
product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as
the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how
to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's
very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have
spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise without a RETURN
FORM will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given
on such items. .
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in the
case of errors on our site or in our shipping.
Please be sure
that all returns from a given order are done at one time. Only one
Return Form will EVER be sent OR accepted for any one order, so please
ensure that all returns from that order are reported at once. Any
additional Return Forms received from a single order shall not be
accepted and may constitute fraud.
If any packages are returned back to UncleJi’s due to
insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery,
customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise
plus the actual shipping charges incurred by UncleJi’s to send the
shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will
be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.
Here are some helpful guidelines on Returns:
· Always email us first if you have a problem.
· Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days of receiving the item in question except for food and perishable items which is 24 hours of receipt of product.
· Never return an item without a duly filled Return Form.
· Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
· Always return your item(s) using ONLY India Post UPC/Registered or Speed Post.
