How does your
Online-Ordering work?
When you place an online order for home
delivery of food through the website, we pass along the order to the
restaurant of your choice, confirm the delivery time from the restaurant,
inform you of the delivery time, and then reconfirm to ensure your order was
home delivered correctly.
Which cities do your
offer services in currently?
Right now our services are being offered
in Delhi NCR region, but we are working on expanding our footprint. If you are

Do you charge a
separate service/delivery charge?
Customers do NOT pay any delivery charge
or service fee. When you order online through our website, the rates you see
online on our website are exactly the same as in the menu of restaurant. There
is no markup and the home delivery is free.
Why should I register
myself on your website?
Multiple reasons. If you register, we will
keep you updated as we add additional online services and as we expand our
footprint. We will also keep you posted about any special promotions that we
or our partners may offer for online customers. We are continuing to
improve the functionality, features and services we offer and this will
ensure you don't miss out on any. However, we do respect your privacy and if
you choose not to receive such updates from us, you can opt out. Lastly,
registration is a requirement for online orders to minimise the risk of
online credit card fraud. It gives our banks another way of verifying the
authenticity of the credit card holders.
What forms of payments do
you accept?
You can pay for your online orders using most
major credit cards, via online net banking facilities offered by your bank
that can be accessed via our payment gateway, ITZ cash card, etc.. We are
continuing to expand the payment options we offer to our customers and if
there is a payment option that you prefer but we do not support us, please
contact us and let us know and we will work with the concerned merchant/bank.
How do I cancel my Order?
For online orders placed for home delivery of
food and other perishable items, you can either call us right after placing
the order at the customer service phone number for your respective city
(listed on Contact UncleJi page) or you can inform our representative when
they call you to confirm the delivery time. Please note, as we strive to
home deliver food ordered online in about 60 minutes in most cases, any
delay on your part may make it impossible for our representative to cancel
the order placed. For more details, you can refer to the Cancellation and
Refunds Policy.
UncleJi, how do I order from two restaurants?
You need to select a city, location and choose a restaurant.
Select from the menu and then place the order and make the payment. You need to go through
the same steps for the second restaurant. We are unable to combine payment for multiple
restaurant transactions due to VAT accounting norms and Bank's requirements on fulfillment
of partial orders. Hence, we need to have separate payment tracking for each transaction with different establishments. If you need help, please call UncleJi's staff at 99538-UNCLE (Delhi NCR).
Why is there a packing charge for some of the restaurants?
Some of the restaurants use specific packing techniques, and hence levy a packing charge for home delivery and take-out orders. For such restaurants, a packing charge is added to the bill.
